Cader Idris from Taly y Waen

Near Dolgellau in North Wales is the well-trodden horse shoe shaped mountain range of Cader Idris. From my house I have walked around this area many times, even though familiar, the seasons provide an ever-changing view of this particular vista. Here the impressive Cader Idris in winter is flanked by trees on either side and the drystone wall in the for ground leads the eye towards the mountain.
